The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) hereby wishes to announce the social grant payment dates for the cycle of November 2022.
Older Persons Grant will be paid from the 02nd November 2022. Old Age Grant beneficiaries receiving Child Support Grant and Foster Care Grant will also be able to access the linked children grants on the same day. They will be followed by people with disabilities on the 03rd November 2022. All other grants will be paid from the 04th November 2022.
“Beneficiaries do not have to withdraw their social grants on the first day of payment. Funds can be withdrawn on different days throughout the month in accordance to the beneficiaries needs,
Social Grant recipients can use their SASSA/SAPO card as a debit card on the ATM and counter of different merchants such as SPAR, Checkers, Shoprite, Boxer, Pick n Pay, Cambridge and others. Clients are advised to always remember their pin and keep their cards safe to protect their grants. Never keep your pin and card in the same place.
