The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) wants to let people know when they will get their money for February 2023.
People who get the Older Persons Grant will get paid on February 2nd.
People who get both the Old Age Grant and the Child Support Grant or Foster Care Grant will also get paid on that same day.
People who get the disability grant will get paid on February 3rd.
Everyone else will get paid on February 6th.
You don’t have to get your money on the first day, you can choose a different day that works for you.
You can also get your money in different ways like having it sent directly to your bank account, or using a SASSA/SAPO card to take money out of an ATM or buy things at stores like SPAR, Checkers, Shoprite, Boxer, Pick n Pay, Cambridge and other places.
Remember to keep your card and pin safe and don’t keep them in the same place.
