Football fans now have an opportunity to watch the national football squad take on Mozambique and Angola at Mbombela Stadium, Mpumalanga, as tickets are now available as from Wednesday morning, November 16.
According to Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos, the international friendlies are a preparation for the resumption of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers in March next year.
The squad will first play the Mozambicans at Mbombela Stadium, on Thursday November 17 (kick off is at 8:30pm) and then tackle the Angolans three days later at the same venue on Sunday, November 20.
Mbombela Stadium Management confirmed on that tickets to both matches will be available at the match venue. They will also be sold at other outlets through TicketPro.
“Ticketpro will be using Spar and SASOL garages to sell the tickets,” Mbombela Stadium Management representative Mthuthuzeli Zondo said.
“The tickets will also be sold at the stadium ticketing office. The stadium has 40 000 seating capacity and we hope to at least sell half of that amount for both games.”
Zondo said the tickets would be priced at R50 for adults and R20 for children aged 15 years and younger.
