Vosloo mother and son arrested for drug dealing
A Vosloorus mother and her son were expected to appear at the Vosloorus Magistrate’s Court facing drug dealing charges.
On February 7, the EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit Squad, moved into a house on Morena street extension four (4) and arrests were made, narcotics seized. They received a tip-off off from an anonymous source.
“The 63-year old female and a 32-year old male found in the premises, were handcuffed after Officers uncovered 21 ziplocks of khat and 7 ziplocks of dagga valued at R4900. They were taken to Vosloorus police station. Charges of possession and dealing in illicit substance/s, were registered against them,” said EMPD spokesperson Wilfred Kgasago.
