Ward 35 Councillor Ntuthuzelo Mpambane has invited residents to participate in two community engagement events scheduled for this week, offering opportunities to address safety concerns and service delivery issues.
The first event, a Community Imbizo with the South African Police Service, will take place on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 11:00 at Dukathole Taxi Rank.
Residents will be able to engage directly with SAPS officials on matters including community safety, crime prevention, and other safety-related concerns affecting the ward.
Following this, Councillor Mpambane will host a Councillor’s Table on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at 10:00 at Germiston Park, located next to the Engen Garage. This session will focus on service delivery challenges, community-related matters, and general ward enquiries.
The councillor has encouraged community members to attend both events in large numbers to raise concerns, seek assistance, and engage directly with ward leadership and police services.
These engagement sessions are part of ongoing efforts to maintain open communication between local government and Ward 35 residents.
