COVID-19 Update: Positive cases over 40,000
As of Thursday (June 4), the cumulative number of confirmed #COVID19 is 40 792. The total number of related deaths is 848 and the recoveries to date are 21 311.
According to health minister Dr Zweli Mkhize, the statistics translates to a recovery rate of 52,24 in South Africa.
