“We started working together in 2021 and our first single was titled ‘Ngikhethe wena’ featuring Pixie L. It’s an honour to be sharing the stage with our idols now,” said DJ Bullet.

The EP is the duo’s latest release, following their 2022 album Deep House Politics and singles ‘Doro Doro’ feat Reagile Rey and Mungu, also featuring Reagile Rey, and ‘Save the Music’ feat Ole, released in 2025.

“We’re anticipating crowds to be dancing, reveling in the soulful house vibe,” he added. DJ Patlama also noted that with every drop and transition, the collaboration will command the crowd, reminding listeners that music is a unifying force.

The duo’s music has been well-received, with their song being playlisted throughout most radio stations in Mzansi. Fans are already buzzing on social media, sharing their love for the EP and celebrating the summer together.

The song features a mix of Zulu, Tswana, and English lyrics, with a gospel-inspired vibe. “This time we came up with a similar concept to our previous song that took Mzansi by storm. We hope people will love this one even more, as it has a gospel feeling and guitar doing magic to the song,” said DJ Bullet.
