SASSA Announces December 2025 Grant Payment Dates
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has released the payment schedule for December 2025, ensuring beneficiaries can plan ahead for the busy festive season.
According to the agency, Older Persons’ Grants will be paid on Tuesday, December 2. Disability Grants will follow on Wednesday, December 3, while Children’s Grants and all remaining grant categories will be paid from Thursday, December 4.
SASSA reminds beneficiaries that payments remain available in their accounts once deposited, and there is no need to rush to collection points.
Beneficiaries who do not receive their grants on the scheduled date are encouraged to visit their nearest SASSA office for assistance, as they may be due for a review.
