Update: Mbali Tshabalala returns home safely

Katlehong Police has confirmed that after numerous searches by officers, the community, and local media, 21 year old Mbali Tshabalala, has been found safe and sound.

The victim will be assessed by health professionals physically and mentally and then receive all the necessary support she deserves.

“We would like to extend our deepest appreciation from everyone involved in locating the young girl up until she was found and reunited with her family and friends. Working together, we can do more,” Constable Sivenkosi Mtwa, Katlehong police spokesperson said.
