Have you ever thought of attitude as a mother of twins: ‘Absolute failure’ and ‘Achiever’?

If you answered “no,” then you are in for a surprise as Pastor Dale Galloway uncovers all the takeaways of being positive-minded in his book, “Twelve Ways To Develop A Positive Attitude.”

Galloway reveals that attitude comes from one’s mind – your mentality reflects your attitude and can determine whether you will win or lose at whatever you set out to do.

“Your mindset (attitude) can make you or break you, heal you or hurt you, make you friends or make you enemies, put you uptight or put you at ease, make you miserable or make you happy, depending on your choice of attitude,” writes Galloway.

He outlines that the human mind stands above all other miracles of creation if they were listed in order of importance. “Yes, whatever your mind can conceive, you can receive.”

“With your mind, you have a will, the ability to reason, the feeling of emotions, the ability to reach beyond with your imagination, the inner conscience, the five senses, the recorder of memory, the sixth sense, and the subconscious,” he explains.

In “Twelve Ways To Develop A Positive Attitude,” Galloway depicts that your attitude is far more important than facts, circumstances, what others say, your past, your education, and money.

“No matter what happens to you, choose positive thoughts, and sooner or later, you will be a winner. On the other hand, if you give in to negative thoughts, allowing them to dwell within your mind, there is no way you will be anything but a loser.”

“Life,” someone said, “is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to what happens to you.” Pastor Galloway quoted this, mentioning that it is your attitude’s resilience for breaking through circumstances.
