The public is further encouraged to remain vigilant against scams requesting personal details, payments or application fees.

The Department of Education has confirmed that a vacancy poster circulating on social media is bogus.

Members of the public are warned against a fraudulent message currently circulating on social media platforms regarding alleged โ€œTeacher Assistant Phase 6 2026 Intakeโ€ applications.

“No official announcement has been made regarding applications for Teacher Assistants for 2026. Young people are urged not to share personal information or respond to unofficial advertisements claiming that applications are open” the department posted on the social media page.

The public is further encouraged to remain vigilant against scams requesting personal details, payments or application fees.
