The initiative encourages learners in Grades 8 to 12 to create a two- to three-minute video showcasing cultural, educational, economic, technological, or social links between the two countries.
The forecast model shows a massive "80% Widespread" zone covering the majority of the eastern and central provinces, including Gauteng, Mpumalanga, and parts of the Free State and KwaZulu-Natal.
The event also coincides with several key national milestones, including 30 years since the adoption of the Constitution, 70 years since the historic 1956 Women's March, and 50 years since the Soweto Uprising.
